AIM Series  Optoelecic Autocollimator



 

   AIM series photoelectric auto-collimator developed by Xi'an Optical Metrology Co., Ltd. is a high-precision tiny angle measuring instrument, and is characterized by high precision, stable performance and easy accessibility. There are multiple models of AIM series products to adapt to the customers' different application requirements.

   With high-precision area-array detector, AIM auto collimators can directly observe the true image of the optical target on computer display software through the professionally developed application software, which not only improves the measurement precision of the products, but also simplifies the measurement adjustment. Xi'an Optical Metrology Co., Ltd. adopts its own optical and electronic technology, and introduces advanced debugging processing technology for AIM auto collimators. Besides, AIM auto collimators have higher stability and repeatability with the aid of temperature and vibration experiments, and can be comparable with international high-level instrument in precision, resolution, sensitivity and stability.


    AIM auto collimators are easy to use because our R&D term understands the customers' needs on application. With a variety of measurement modes and functions, including high-speed online continuous measurement & save mode, relative reference measurement mode, absolute reference measurement mode, timing measurement, test data auto-save and other functions, AIM series photoelectric auto-collimators can measure and locate more than one target simultaneously. And a number of special measurement modules are developed according to main application fields for the measurement of straightness, parallelism, verticality, and planeness and the detection of relative position, and are widely used in high precision measurement and instrument detection, precision optics, machinery, avigation, spaceflight, shipbuilding, and many other fields.


   Collimator software is a data acquisition and processing software specifically developed for AIM series photoelectric auto-collimator. It adopts precise design architecture, and considers closely the customers' feedback in practical use. Collimator can realize conventional function test and data acquisition, storage and processing, and can be used as an optical adjustment software with the additional functions of real-time display and electronic scale.
