AIM  Series Eccentric Instrument




   Compared with traditional visual or video instruments, AIM series digital eccentricity tester developed by Xi'an Optical Metrology Co., Ltd. greatly improves the test precision, and is an indispensable production and test instrument composed of high-precision lens. Characterized by efficient test, the test result being insusceptible to man-made factors, rapid analysis and storage of the data, DecAIM series digital eccentricity tester is more suitable for the mass production and management of lens.

   DecAIM and MecAIM series lens eccentric instruments are used in eccentricity inspection control and cementing of ordinary lens. With components and modules of many softwares, optical instrument and electric automatization, these two series of products can be used in production and testing of all kinds of different optical lens according to the demand of customers, including projector lens, camera lens, mobile phone lens, laser optics lens, endoscope, infrared lens/lens group and other kinds of mass production and test of high-precision lens or optical components. Besides, these two series of products can have transmission and reflection measurement functions simultaneously, can save the data in the computer directly with all digital data acquisition and analysis processing through Eccentricity measuring software, and are characterized by high test efficiency and high precision. And most models of instruments can become focus measuring instruments with optional focal length (BFL EFL, FFL) test functions so that the test process can also be synchronized.

   Equipped with an ordinary mechanical clamp, DecAIM series lens eccentric instrument is mainly used on optical components of small diameter and protection function, such as mobile phone lens, camera lens, endoscope, etc. Limited by the precision of conventional mechanical turntable and clamp, this series of center deviation measuring instrument is applicable to the tests of lower requirement on eccentricity with limited precision. But this series of center deviation measuring instrument is flexible and rapid, and has the function of real-time analysis of the test results and automatic save.


  Using high-precision air-bearing turntable and clamp, MecAIM series lens eccentric instrument makes the caliber of the tested greatly expanded, is not prone to damaging the tested object, and is very suitable for the test of optical components without protective element. MecAIM center deviation measuring instrument we developed is widely used in the production and test of many high-precision instruments. With our specially designed ancillary fittings, this series of instruments can also have the function of eccentricity error measuring instrument, and can be used in cementing centering operation of conventional and infrared lens and lens group. Compared with conventional cementing eccentricity error measuring instrument, the centering cementing process we newly developed is characterized by high speed, high efficiency and high precision (see the case show-lens group centering cementing). Coupled with the operating software we developed professionally, this series of products greatly reduce the requirements on operating personnel, and the precision, efficiency and consistency of debugging have been greatly improved.

    Eccentricity software is a data acquisition and processing software specifically developed for AIM series digital eccentricity gauge. Closely combining customers' feedback in practical use, the software integrates the functions of conventional eccentricity and centering test, real-time display of the real (reflection and transmission) optical target, and electronic scale, and provides the testers with intuitive feeling of target identification. electronic scale function makes the adjustment of eccentricity more convenient and quicker in the centering debugging and cementing of lens group
