AngleAIM Goniometer

   AngleAIM series goniometer developed and manufactured by Xi'an Optical Metrology Co., Ltd. can realize the absolute measurement of any dihedral angle from 0° to 180° and any three-dimensional turn angle from 0° to 360° based on precise air bearing technology and high-precision photoelectric auto-collimation technology. Object image can be easily observed through AngleAIM series goniometer with an application software professionally developed. The software is easy to operate, has especially excellent performance when measuring a tested object of smaller optical reflector, and can position and measure the image quickly. Besides, AngleAIM series goniometer can be used to measure the beam bending angle of an optical device and the refractive index of an optical material by being equipped with a transmission measurement module. This series of products are mainly applied in high-precision test of rectangular prism, pentagonal prism, polygonal prism and other optical prisms and all kinds of precision measurement blocks. The series of products can also be used in high-precision optical system debugging, and can realize precise positioning of the space of an optical device.

      GoniPro is a data acquisition software specially developed for AngleAIM, can realize real-time and fast reading of the measurement result of goniometer and real-time observation of the optical image of the tested object formed through photoelectric auto-collimator in image display area. And it can also save the measurement data after the measurement. With the help of GoniPro, AngleAIM goniometer can measure any angle in the range of 0~360° with the measurement accuracy of 1".

     In addition, AngleAIM auto-collimation also can be used as a digital photoelectric auto-collimator and separately, and air-bearing turntable can be used in more production and testing occasions as an angle generation device. That flexible operation makes the AngleAIM can do more things in precision optics and mechanics, such as ultra-high precision angle measurement but with small working range(autocollimator), wide but high precision angle generating device(air bearing turntable ).

     Of course all the functions must not work without the help of the GoniPro software, which is specially developed for this series product with the concept of conciseness and intuitionism. It also integrates the most universal functions and some special functions for the precision and perfect performance.
